With over two decades of psychology experience, Brigitte specialises in organisational and health psychology, grounding her approach in deep psychological insight.

She initiated her professional journey with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, focusing on Mental Health, followed by a Master's in Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology from the University of Zurich.

Before joining ALETHEIA International, Brigitte enhanced organisational performance and productivity at Swiss Re and UBS in Switzerland and contributed to corporate health psychology research. Her collaborations with major corporations like Pfizer and Deloitte on organisational health matters underline her expertise.
